Who we are

Garden Retail Success offers mentoring, training, management and development services to garden retailers. We have successfully delivered these services in New Zealand, Australia, Ireland and the United Kingdom.

Our directors and consultants have accumulated vast experience from working in garden retail on the shop floor as owners, managers, corporate and group managers, consultants and mentors to many garden retail outlets.

We also bring substantial experience from outside the industry, especially in the areas of business development, marketing and leadership.

Being results driven, our advice is practical and proven, not theory or opinion. We concentrate on the implementation of skills, utilising time saving resources and practical tips 'to make it happen' for your business.

Garden Retail Success is especially known for our 'Making it Happen' mentoring programme which assists garden retail owners and managers to improve bottom line profit through an integrated approach to garden centre management; and the implementation of best practice strategies, policies and actions.

The 'Making It Happen' programme is currently available in four countries and our manuals are used by retailers in many parts of the world.
