Mentoring

A mentoring service is offered by our very experienced senior consultants and usually follows on from the Audit / Appraisal. Mentoring is available on a weekly basis by phone / email to assist with ongoing advice on the implementation of changes required. We include monthly key performance indicator monitoring, plus one or two site visits per year according to need.
